This is out-of-network practice meaning that I do not participate with insurance plans, and we have opted out of Medicare. I do not accept insurance asOn the first visit for your child or a teenager we will meet for about 1.5 - 2 hours in person (75 min for adult). I typically interview the child/young teenager (younger teenager <12 years old) together with the parents in the room. Your older teen (>12 years old) will likely be interviewed by me alone after I talk to parents.

A comprehensive psychiatric assessment strives to meet you exactly where you are at, to review what you are experiencing and begin to establish a path for treatment. a form of payment. Also, I do not participate in a single case agreement with any of the insurance careers.
You may want to check with your insurance career If your insurance plan provides out-of-network mental health coverage and if you may be able to submit super bills to receive reimbursement for a portion of the fees that you have paid for my services. Reimbursement would typically be made by insurance directly to you once you have met your deductible.
I will provide you super bills for all visits and appointments.
I accept check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
After the initial visit we will meet together to discuss how you have been since we last met. We will discuss the recommendations that are working well and those we need to make changes to. This could include discussing medication, lab work, or psychotherapeutic interventions. These visits are time based which gives you a choice. 45-minute and 60-minute sessions offer time to integrate psychotherapy and family work. 30-minute session are more focused, these are generally for those that already in psychotherapy with another therapist and we are targeting medications and holistic interventions only. Each individual treatment plan is different but the frequency of visits generally range from weekly to every 2-3 months (typical longest time between the appointments is 3 months).
I am available for communication between appointments to address concerns that may come up and receive a prompt answer. Patient portal messages and calls are generally returned within 1-2 business days.
